The Lotus Digital Process

  • In each of our markets we have Account Executives who have been trained in Broadcast Radio, Digital, and Outdoor buying. Your Account Executive along with our Digital team will do an introduction “CNA” or Client Needs Analysis. This one-hour long meeting will help us understand what you need help with and what your current strategy is for your advertising.

  • Proposal process – after the CNA we will dive in with our team to come up with a proposal to share with you in 3-5 business days.

  • Proposal all helps us lock in the idea and next steps with you to move forward starting your campaign

Once a proposal is accepted, your account executive remains your primary contact for all correspondence. Making it easier for you to have one person to speak with. You will meet additional people on our team as we start to fulfill the campaign, but your account executive is still your primary person.
